Refund Policy

By purchasing, accepting, or using any ticket for this event hosted at Beach Waterpark, the ticket holder acknowledges and agrees to all terms, conditions, policies, rules, and regulations established by the event organizers, venue operators, and applicable laws of the State of Texas.

Attendance and participation in this event are voluntary and at the sole risk of each attendee. Event organizers, sponsors, affiliates, volunteers, vendors, speakers, performers, and venue representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, theft, damage, delay, cancellation, weather-related interruption, acts of God, governmental action, or any other occurrence beyond their reasonable control.

All attendees agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the event organizers and associated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from participation in or attendance at the event.

Event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission, remove any attendee for inappropriate behavior, modify event schedules, substitute speakers or activities, or cancel/postpone the event if necessary for safety, operational, legal, or unforeseen reasons.

Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise authorized by the event organizers. Unauthorized resale, duplication, or distribution of tickets may result in denial of entry without refund.

By attending the event, attendees consent to the use of their image, likeness, voice, video recordings, and photographs for promotional, advertising, marketing, livestream, broadcast, and media purposes without compensation or further permission.

The event organizers make no guarantees regarding specific experiences, performances, accommodations, outcomes, or weather conditions. All event details are subject to change without notice.

By completing a ticket purchase and/or attending the event, the purchaser and attendee confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Legal Disclaimer and all related event policies.

Refund Policy

All ticket purchases for events hosted at Beach Waterpark are eligible for a refund if requested on or before June 13, 2026.

​

No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued after June 13, 2026. Due to limited event capacity and reserved attendance space, all tickets shall be considered fully used and redeemed as of June 13, 2026, whether or not the purchaser attends, arrives, participates in, or claims admission to the event.

Failure to attend the event for any reason, including personal scheduling conflicts, travel delays, illness, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond the control of the event organizers, does not qualify for a refund after the stated deadline.

By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to these refund terms and conditions in accordance with applicable laws of the State of Texas.

Event organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event as necessary. In the event of an official cancellation by the organizers, refund procedures, if applicable, will be communicated to ticket holders directly.
